I have never been so disintersted in food in my entire life. I used to love it, but now I have this “meh, i will eat because I have to, not because im excited about it.”
I am in a culinary slump. I cant think of anything. Nothing is inspiring me and I am sad. Luckily, I am up in Akron where there is a copy of Ratitouille. I need a culinary kick in the butt, so hopefully this will help.
I have been making some big life decisions in the past week and some change. I will be leaving the fair city of Columbus at the end of the year and heading back to the Cleveland/Akron area. This will be a fun challenge for me, for that region of Ohio hasnt embraced the veggie/vegan world like Columbus has. I will chronical that among other things.
I have super busy these past two weeks, so sorry for not posting in a minute. I have been living off quesadillas made with Dayia cheese and Gardein chicken for a minute, so nothing growing culinary wise in my garden of knowledge. I do have a question, does anyone know where I can find Gardein fish filets?
