“Making all kiiiiiiiiiiiiinds of gains!” -HodgeTwins

   I know this is not a weight loss blog, but I seem to have been putting on some weight recently. I know my last post was about eating processed food. I know why the weight gain is happening and I am trying to break some bad habits.

     Here’s the REAL problem: I like what I see in the mirror. I can flex muscles I didn’t even know I had! I have some sort of abs coming in as well. I feel stockier heavy, not a tub of lard heavy. 

     Yes, I have a degree in dietetics (super nutrition, in leymans terms) but its easy to get caught up in the hype! Thin and willowy equals beauty and success! I cant attain thin and willowy. My body wasnt built for it. Maybe I have found a different route.

Goodness Me!

     Well, a lot has been transpiring in the past few weeks, as moving up in work, interviews for new jobs that deal with my major,  homework from school and keeping the boyfriend happy, have left me knackered! I haven’t had a whole lot of time to wander into the vegan culinary world. I have been living off of some Channa Masala I found at Meijer that was vegan and some vegan naan. It is a good thing I am not in an airport right now, for they would charge me for the bags under my eyes.

Sorry I cant help anyone if they were looking to me for inspiration for food right now. Do as I did and eat the packaged, processed stuff. Live a little bit.
